Phoenix & Folly is an all-day neighborhood restaurant and bar on the Columbia: elevated comfort food, serious cocktails, and a little mischief. Your lunch spot, your dinner out, your date-night bar — and the place you accidentally stay three hours longer than intended.
The Phoenix is something new rising on the riverfront. The Folly is why you go out in the first place: one more round, dessert you absolutely don't need, a Tuesday that turns into a story.

Serious drinks. Not serious people.
Creative originals, classics done properly, flights, good spirits, wine and beer — and a zero-proof list that gets as much attention as everything else. Sometimes the presentation gets a little theatrical. We won't apologize.

The Kitchen
Upscale comfort food with a little mischief.
Pizzas from a full-size pizza oven, like the Oaxacan Outlaw and hot honey chicken. A bison Folly Burger. Seasonal burrata, a Dirty Martini dip, coffee-crusted New York strip, smoked Gouda mac & cheese, breakfast from 7 AM, and desserts that are frankly irresponsible.
Approachable enough for twice a week. Interesting enough you won't order the same thing.

Test Kitchen Tuesdays
Every Tuesday, the kitchen gets a little weird.
Try dishes that aren't on the menu yet, tell us what you think, and vote. The favorites graduate to the permanent menu. The rest become legends.
You're not just eating dinner. You're on the committee.

The Room & The View
Deep teal, aged brass, cognac leather, dark walnut — and the river right outside.
Warm and bright by day, darker and more cocktail-driven by night. A brass phoenix rises over the fireplace. And tucked around the room: odd artwork, hidden phrases, little brass plaques, a few things you'll only notice on your third visit.

The Clubs
Two clubs. Zero dress code.
The Cellar Society: four unusual, small-batch bottles every quarter, picked up at the bar with the story behind each one, plus first seats at winemaker dinners. The Bean Club: fresh-roasted coffee every two weeks or every month, $2 off every bag, pickup or shipped.

Mornings
Before the cocktails, there's coffee.
We open at 7 AM, Tuesday through Saturday, with espresso, drip, and a breakfast menu worth getting out of bed for. Grab a seat, watch the river wake up, and go ahead with that second pastry.
Come for what you need. It might be caffeine.
